“I’ve chosen to join the Genesys Works board because of the program’s mission to provide pathways to career success for high school students in underserved communities while creating the talent pipeline needed by corporations for continued business success.  By creating work-based learning opportunities for this untapped talent of our country’s underserved youth, Genesys works is establishing a platform to match demand and supply helping our business and education sectors to collaborate and address the root cause of economic disparity. I am honored to be supporting such a cause that’s not only changing lives of the students but also helping corporations recognize the value proposition of tapping into this talent pool.
