Elana has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin. At Lawrence, Elana managed the student garden, worked in the Admissions Office, and the Finance and Administration Office. These experiences and her passion to support students lead her to an AmeriCorps position with a College Access and Success Organization. After two years of service, she was inspired to continue her work in youth development. Elana is excited to support Genesys Works young professionals in their internship, college access, and to build empowering relationships with the students and supervisors.
