Pam is responsible for managing Genesys Works’ tech team, tech strategy, technology stack of systems, technology enablement of business processes, financial operations, and the finance team.
Prior to Genesys Works, Pam was Chief Information Officer of Innovations for Poverty Action responsible for developing, overseeing, and implementing data management and information technology strategies to further IPA’s mission and increase organizational efficiency. She has also served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Human Rights First, Uncommon Schools’ Senior Director of Data & IT, and has advised leading multinational corporations, multilateral organizations, and government agencies on ICT policy, strategy and operations management, public finance management and reform, change management, and organizational effectiveness as a strategy consultant and Manager at Dalberg Global Development Advisors. Her work history includes the US Peace Corps, Accenture, Merrill Lynch & Co, and the Federal Reserve Board of Governors.
Pam holds a Master of Public Administration in International Development degree from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and has a B.A. in Economics from Reed College. She’s currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Service at NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
