Genesys Works enables economically disadvantaged high school students to enter and thrive in the economic mainstream by providing them the knowledge and work experience required to succeed as professionals.  The innovative program of job and professional skills training and paid corporate internships in their senior year of high school helps to change the trajectory of life for these students, setting them on the path to college, a professional career, and a more prosperous future.
