Thank you to our 2018 CIO Luncheon Presenting Sponsors: Accenture, Best Buy/Geek Squad, and ServiceNow! We are proud to have the support of these three companies, as we continue to provide pathways to career success for students from underserved communities in the Twin Cities.

In their third year as a presenting sponsor of the CIO Luncheon, Accenture has made ongoing efforts to support the workforce of the future. As a national partner, they have sponsored more than 100 interns across the United States with additional support from their foundation. In 2017, Accenture hosted a forum for Genesys Works Twin Cities alumni on future careers in IT and trends from their annual Technology Vision. In December, we joined them at Robbinsdale Cooper High School to help students build, program and fly drones from scratch celebrating Hour of Code and computer science education. Thank you for your continuous support, Accenture!

Since Genesys Works’ inaugural year in the Twin Cities in 2008, Best Buy has provided us with incredible support. Over ten years, the Best Buy Foundation has provided $218,000 to support our organization’s mission, allowing Genesys Works to grow our impact in the Twin Cities. Two years ago, Best Buy/Geek Squad also began hosting interns as a new corporate partner of Genesys Works and since then, they have provided valuable work experiences for six interns. While Best Buy/Geek Squad has attended the CIO Luncheon in past years, this is their first year as a presenting sponsor. We are grateful for your growing support!

ServiceNow began partnering with Genesys Works in 2012 by providing exposure to technology during our summer skills training. During our first-ever year of Feature Fridays, they provided both staff and materials to prepare students for their year-long internship. In addition to their support in the Twin Cities, ServiceNow is also a corporate partner in the Bay Area, where they have hosted 16 interns. ServiceNow has attended and supported the CIO Luncheon all five years, and this is their first year as a presenting sponsor! Thank you, ServiceNow, for your support!
