Kenny Shogren – Managing Director, The PrivateBank

Kenny Shogren is a Managing Director at The PrivateBank, focusing on commercial banking services for corporate clients in the Midwest. Prior to joining The PrivateBank, Kenny began his career in commercial banking at LaSalle Bank. In addition to his work in banking, he was part of the inaugural fellowship class at World Business Chicago, a non-profit entity focused on growing jobs and the economy in the City of Chicago.

Kenny holds bachelors degrees in finance and accounting from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Kenny lives in Chicago with his wife Nicole, and their two children, Emma and Owen.

Josh Davidson – Principal Partner, Silent IT

Josh Davidson is one of two founding principals of Silent IT. Josh works primarily with enterprise and mid-size organizations with complex IT systems. Josh focuses on helping organizations realize the value IT can bring for their business by creating efficient and effective IT organizations and technology platforms.

Between May 2007 and May 2013 Josh worked for Accenture in their CIO organization as their Performance and Architecture Services lead. Josh’s focus was to create lean, efficient operations teams that aligned with Accenture’s needs and technology platforms to accommodate their explosive growth.  Prior to Accenture Josh worked for Discover Financial as an enterprise architect and application developer. Josh lives in Lincoln Park, Chicago with his wife Jen.  Hobbies primarily include cycling and photography.
