The Genesys Works Technology Leadership Luncheon celebrates the collective impact our technology community is making while looking ahead to the future of Minnesota’s workforce.
This event brings together more than 300 technology executives, business leaders, community partners, and supporters who share a common belief: investing in the next generation of talent is essential to the long-term success of both our companies and our community.
For nearly two decades, CIOs and other technology leaders across the Twin Cities have helped transform the lives of thousands of talented young people by opening the doors of opportunity through Genesys Works Twin Cities.
Because of this commitment, more than 4,000 high school students from underserved communities have gained the skills, experience, confidence, and professional networks needed to pursue college and careers in Minnesota’s knowledge economy.
