Skills Training

Students start their journey by completing eight weeks of rigorous business techonology training, gaining essential skills in the areas of information technology, business operations and professional development.

Meaningful Internships

Once students successfully complete their skills training course, they are matched to a paid, year-long internship at a partner company site.

While students are working at their internship, they are also receiving more than sixty hours of guidance, counseling, and planning relative to their future career path.

After you graduate from high school and finish your internship, Genesys Works continues to support you through our Alumni Program. Our team helps you navigate post-secondary education and any challenges, ensuring you succeed in your education and career.
