For nearly ten years, Genesys Works Chicago has provided opportunities for students to succeed in a professional work environment, opening up career possibilities previously thought unattainable. On February 20, join us for Cocktails and Conversation, where our new Executive Director Kim Day will share our ambitious goals and vision for the next decade.

As the founder of a network of innovative schools serving 2000 students across the south side of Chicago, Kim saw the impact of Genesys Works’ partnership firsthand. Nearly 100 of her schools’ seniors had their college and career success influenced by Genesys Works — and she can’t wait to lead the effort in increasing that impact.

Chicago has always been a city of innovation, and we can’t wait to share our story, vision, and strategies to ensure our positive influence for the city, helping Chicago establish a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
