Genesys Works Announces 2024-2028 Strategic Plan

May 2, 2024

Over the past two decades, Genesys Works has forged a remarkable legacy of advancing successful economic outcomes for thousands of young people. Yet, as we look ahead, we recognize that the leaders of tomorrow require more from us – the pace of change is accelerating, and the challenges facing them are increasingly complex. Genesys Works is rising to meet the challenge with the adoption of our 2024-2028 Strategic Plan: Illuminating Pathways to Success. I hope you’ll click below to read about the strategies that will drive our growth to serve more young people over the next five years.

Our plan is driven by three interlocking goals and six focus areas. Together, these pillars envision our program doubling the number of sites from seven to fourteen, nearly tripling the number of students served. Additionally, we plan to implement strategies to further solidify our position as a national leader in fostering strong career outcomes for youth in underserved communities – and gathering data to demonstrate our program’s success.

I invite you to join our efforts. Your support is pivotal in expanding our reach and creating meaningful change – whether as a donor, internship partner or advocate in your community.

Onward,

Jeffrey Artis, President & CEO
