Draft Day is Genesys Works Twin Cities’ signature celebration, where our newest Young Professionals are officially drafted into year-long internships with our corporate partners. In this exciting milestone event, students will meet their internship supervisors and company teams for the first time as they begin their journey from classroom to career.
More than 1,000 members of the Genesys Works community—including students and their families, corporate partners, school champions, donors, volunteers, and community supporters—come together to celebrate the power of opportunity and the launch of the Class of 2027.
Join us for a morning of celebration, connection, and unforgettable first introductions as we welcome the next generation of talent into the workforce.
