For fifteen years, Genesys Works Twin Cities has partnered with local companies, high schools, and the
community to provide equitable access to life-altering college and career pathways. We do this by
offering a multifaceted program pipeline from the summer before students’ senior year of high school
through to their first full-time career.

Our mission is to provide pathways to career success for young adults in underserved communities
through skills training, meaningful work experiences, and impactful relationships. We envision a future
where all young adults are equipped and empowered with the knowledge and skills required to achieve
career success, upward mobility, and a lifetime of economic self-sufficiency.
