Genesys Works is delighted to announce the addition of Andrew Parsons, V.P., District Manager at U.S. Bank, to our Board of Advisors.
Andrew has been with U.S. Bank for nearly 16 years, and in the financial services industry for 20, and has a passion for serving his community. He brings to Genesys Works a wealth of experience from previous board service for Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Desert Communities United Way. He resides in Antioch with his wife and three children.
“I faced a lot of adversity growing up and can really relate to what underprivileged youth are going through. Being part of Genesys Works allows me to connect back to this community through an amazing program and resources, which didn’t exist when I was young. I can’t wait to help these kids get a head start and see a tangible path forward to work at well-respected companies like U.S. Bank.”
Genesys Works has a mission of providing pathways to career success for high school students – and financial literacy is a key part of that effort. To that end, U.S. Bank has supported Genesys Works Bay Area since 2019 through philanthropic investment and employee volunteerism.
