Company Spotlight: PagerDuty

November 19, 2024

We’re thrilled to welcome PagerDuty, Inc. as one of our three new Corporate Partners for the 2024-2025 year! Our thanks go out to Board Co-Chair Paul Chapman, whose introduction to PagerDuty CIO Eric Johnson helped initiate this exciting collaboration.

PagerDuty recently welcomed intern Chris Lau, a high school senior from Phillip and Sala Burton Academic High School, to their team. Under the mentorship of IT Desktop Support Manager Ana Berezovik, with additional guidance from Helpdesk Engineer II Donald Clay, Chris is gaining valuable experience in IT. His responsibilities include supporting Information Technology Infrastructure Library processes such as change and asset management, identifying automation opportunities, assisting with customer and end-user issue resolution, and providing technical support.

Reflecting on his time at PagerDuty, Chris shared, “The company culture feels like a community. I have the independence I need, but when I ask for help, I feel supported.”

A big thank you to the PagerDuty team for their collective support and commitment to making this internship a success for Chris.
