Genesys Works had the opportunity to have an engaging presentation on “Future Proof Skills by Putting Data into Action,” led by our Chief Services Officer, Mandy Hildenbrand, and Executive Director, Sahaar Rezaie Pardee.
Together, they explored how leveraging data can enhance skills training for youth, preparing them for the ever-evolving workforce. Their discussion emphasized the importance of blending professional and technical skills, highlighting the vital role of adaptability, communication, and problem-solving in today’s job market.
Through interactive activities, like “Telephone Charades,” they illustrated how effective communication is key to collaboration and success. They shared insights from our program at Genesys Works, which has been connecting underserved youth with market-driven skills training and internships for over two decades.Â
