Genesys Works New York is thrilled to announce our founding partner schools. These seven schools are all located in the borough of The Bronx, and they represent a cross-section of the 400+ public high schools that exist across New York City.

The schools were selected through a competitive process – a first for Genesys Works nationally – that included nomination, an application, and a site visit where schools were assessed using a rigorous rubric.

Genesys Works NYC partnered with New Visions for Public Schools, a highly respected school support organization in the City, to identify and nominate a group of prospective partners utilizing criteria that reflected the key characteristics of successful Genesys Works schools nationally. Of the eleven schools nominated, the final seven selected include traditional district schools, a CTE school, charter schools, and a HERE to HERE partner school.

In January 2019, Genesys Works NYC will begin recruiting students for our inaugural class of 40 young professionals. We can’t wait to meet these YP’s and we can’t wait to introduce them to you!
